Substantial Savings across Multiple Government Exemptions

Did you know that the government offers a range of schemes and incentives designed to help companies like yours reduce these expenses and stay globally competitive? Our team of energy tax specialists are here to guide you through the complex landscape of energy-related government support.

This scheme aims to exempt companies that deemed Energy Intensive Industries, and which are operating within eligible sectors from up to “25% of their monthly electric costs over 5 years”.

The CCL is an environmental tax on energy usage, which represents on average 4-7% of the overall monthly bill, however, companies meeting certain criteria can be eligible for either a full exemption or a partial relief. This scheme allows for a 4-years retrospective rebate as a direct cash injection. “So a repayment for the last 48 months worth of CCL spend.”
